This place is trendy with friendly staff who are really helpful, and it's just a 10-minute walk to the bus station.

Loved the rooms, they were reasonably large with comfortable bed and pillows. There were a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and fridges upon arrival. Its location was peaceful near by the river.

I recently stayed at Residhome in Ivry-sur-Seine for a week-long trip. The hotel was new and the room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. I loved the fully equipped kitchen and the big window that allowed for fresh air. The onsite breakfast was delicious and the staff was incredibly pleasant and helpful. The hotel was conveniently located near public transportation, making it easy to explore Paris. Having a 24/7 front desk and friendly staff made my stay even better.

The location was not well connected to the city center with public transport, requiring multiple transfers and a considerable amount of time to reach popular attractions. The industrial setting of the hotel, with a cement factory and recycling plant nearby, was not the most picturesque or peaceful.

I always stay here because it has everything I need: free Wi-Fi, parking, luggage storage, helpful staff, laundry, flat-screen TV. They even found my lost wallet once. Perfect for my holiday!
